Contributions or gifts to the Nashua Democratic City Committee are not tax deductible.

Solicitations in connection with our events are limited by Federal law. Donations of $2,500 from individuals per election to the Nashua Democratic City Committee are accepted. We are not asking for, and will not accept in connection with our events, donations in excess of the Federal limits, or donations in any amount from corporations, labor organizations, national banks, federal contractors, foreign nationals, or any other federally prohibited source. We are also not asking for, and will not accept in connection with our events, donations in any amount from registered federal lobbyists, registered foreign agents, federal political action committees, or minors under the age of 16. Any funds solicitated in connection with our events will be limited to Federal funds, subject to the limitations and prohibitions of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended, 2 U.S.C. 431 et seq (“the Act”") and comply with State law. Guest lists are subject to review and admittance is not guaranteed.
